Who we are
Thulutan is a creative culinary institute envisioned by Saleh Al Khalaf, a hospitality developer based in Madinah, and Sumaiya Bangee, a Michelin-level chef from New York City.
Thuluthan aims to revive and restore sunnah practices related to prophetic food through various avenues, including cookbooks, product lines, and pop-up experiences in the global market.
Among our other goals is the creation of a wide network of influential Muslim chefs worldwide, fostering a unique culinary community that has not been done before for the Muslim community.
